Burmese families including ethnic nationalities of Burma in Melbourne, had meetings for discussion to plan for “Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and Burmese families Meeting in Melbourne” after Australian medias and National League for Democracy (NLD) in Burma confirmed that Daw Aung San Suu Kyi will visit to Australia early December this year.

As a result of the community meetings, the Planning Committee for “Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and Burmese Families Meeting in Melbourne” has been formed on 12th October, 2013 and the committee members are elected as below.
